GREEN Drink Smoothie

Place in blender:

  • 2-3 cups fresh pineapple with 2 cups water OR 2-3 cups canned pineapple with juice OR 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • HUGE handfuls of whatever greens (mix and match):  
  • Spinach, Kale, Collards, beet or carrot tops, etc.
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cups fresh mint

Blend until well mixed.  Enjoy the refreshment!
