Bow-Tie Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes





Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bow-tie pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
  • 3 oz. pitted Italian black olives, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 5 oz. grated Romano cheese
  • Pepper



Directions

 

  1. In sauté pan, brown garlic in olive oil, remove garlic.
  2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, pepper flakes and broccoli; cook a few minutes.
  3. Mix in Romano cheese.
  4. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Mix with pasta.
