Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter or extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Steam green beans until tender.
  2. Mince garlic. Melt butter or oil in skillet over medium heat.  Add the garlic and sauté 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add steamed beans and stir gently until they are coated with garlic butter.  Mmmm!
